Home cooking & lunch with a Paris Housewife (AM half day)

Period:	All year around, except French official holidays
Timing:	Pick up hotel at 10:00 AM, return hotel to 14:00 (total 4 hours, including lunch)
Groups:	Minimum: 2 pax maximum 8 pax
Reservation:	At least one month ahead, by fax, with name of each client, hotel and age if possible
Content:	Includes Lunch & Drinks, not metro ticket, no Japanese assistant

Schedule:
10:00 Pick up in Paris hotel lobby, presentation, explanation of itinerary to home
10:15 Lead the group to nearest metro station
                                - Explain & Assist to buy metro ticket
                                - Explain & Assist for orientation on correct platform
10:45 On the way, shopping for Fresh components served at lunch
11:30 Arrive to teacher's home, visit of house or appartment
11:45 => 12:30 In the kitchen with housewife preparing a favorite recipe
                                - Dialogue about cooking practice
                                - Dialogue about cooking ustensils and family recipe
                                - Informal participation in meal preparation and table
12:30 => 13:30 : Lunch with the French lady, as prepared
14:00 leaving home with teacher, back to hotel

	Profile of tutoring staff
	Only French ladies with cooking experience, and at ease with non French speaking foreigners
	Basic knowledge of English, but not necessarily Japanese language. However, each lady has some experience of Japanese psychology ans is interested in foreigners
	Traditional appartment in central Paris, Kitchen large enough to accomodate a small group
	Direct selection and briefing by THEMA agency
