Stay in Winery (1 day + 1night)


 


Period: All year around, except week ends and French official holidays
Timing: About 12:00 to 12:00 next day (depending on train schedule)
Groups: Minimum: 2 pax, maximum 4 pax
Reservation: At least one month ahead, by fax, with name of each client, hotel and age if possible
Content: Arrival and departure transfer to nearest station, dinner, night stay, breakfast

Time of train arrival Pick up at nearest railroad station, transfer to winery by owner's
    car

Early afternoon: arrival to winery house, greeting by family
        - Installation in the guest room
        - Guided tour of house, estate and surrounding facilities
Late afternoon: Free time around the property, some easy work related to wine may be
    performed if the guest is willing to try (no obligation)
19 :30 Aperitive with family
20 :00 Dinner with the family, include short explanation of the cuisine and family cooking
    and discussion of activities for tomorrow morning
22:00 End of dinner, recession to bedroom
Around 9:00 Breakfast with family
Morning: Continuation of activities in winery home, or free visit of village
Around 12:00 Return transfer to station provided by the winery owner or family

Small village near Macon (TGV station, direct from Paris ), beautiful site for pictures
         - Winegrower of Pouilly Fuissé and Macon AOC, just near famous hill of Solutré
         - Father & mother in this village for 3 generations. Passionnate with Bourgogne wine &
           good life

4°) Provence region:
Small chateau with wineyards around located between Avignon & Aix en Provence
Pick up from Miramas station (direct from Paris) or Marseille station or Marseille Marignane Airport
         - Producer of White, Rose, and red Cotes de Provence AOC & cote du Lubéron AOC
         - Family consists of Father, mother, and 3 adult children who speaks good English
         - 2 Guest rooms with regional furnitures

5°) Alsace region:
In 2 villages: Barr (30Km from Strasbourg) or Rorschwiz (30Km from Colmar)
         - Wine growers of Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewurtztraminer, Pinot noir & Pinot rouge
         - Family estates in the middle of wineyards
