Théma's various packages include all the necessary components for a successful event, and cannot be disassembled, and range from $ 1500 to $2800 per couple. For each site, detailed contents and specific options are listed.

How to Order and Conditions

Please send enquiry by fax or E-mail, including the couple's names and type of ceremony requested with preference of date, place, and style. We will return a detailed program & estimate. Prices are net prices in French Francs or US $, and include all components clearly listed in the contents chart, with possible options listed separately. ? When confirming your order, be sure to indicate which options are taken. A 3000FF deposit (US$ 500) by bank transfer, or authorization from your credit card, is required to confirm your order and is refundable if cancelled prior to the week before the scheduled event.
Ordering must be completed no later than one month in advance, and should include a fax copy of the US civil wedding register.
One week prior to the date, full payment must be made, and the US wedding certificate must be faxed to Théma. (Please bring the original to the ceremony)
Cancellation is free of charge until one week before the ceremony date. All plans will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been received one week prior to the event.

Wedding Planning

Most Standard packages include dinner and on-site Chateau hotel accommodations the night before the wedding day. This stay enhances the couple's enjoyment of the ceremony by reducing travel arrangements and allows them to luxuriate in the beautiful surroundings. "Ceremony Only" packages are also available at some sites, including 3 Paris Churches and Historical City Hall (see chart next page)

All packages include the following items: Bilingual French/English assistant, Transfer to wedding sites, Ceremony fee & donation to Church, photo reportage with large picture album, wedding certificate, floral bouquet and boutonnière for the wedding couple, floral decorations and music in the chapel and a French Champagne toast at the end of the ceremony are included at most sites.
